This is a rare opportunity to own a set of McIntosh XRT2K Speakers. These are one of the best sounding speakers in the world.
The big advantage of using McIntosh line source type speaker system is that you don?t have to sit exactly in the middle to enjoy them. They are very forgiving about where you put them in the room. You can push them right up against the wall and they still sound great! The speaker has a small footprint as well. These will fit in most living areas with no problem. I found this very convenient as most high end speakers take up a lot of room and need to be 3 to 4 feet from the wall. Seating height is no longer an issue with these as well. They can be driven with a 75 watt amp and sound fantastic. These sound very detailed and you will hear things in songs that you never heard before. Incredible speakers. A must for any audiophile.
This is a very nice pair of XRT2K Speakers. They are about 4 year old. They do have some small imperfections that are hard to see and I can't get them to show in the photos.
