EXTERIOR: Class A Tiffin Allegra Bus with an Oshkosh Chassis 39 ft. exterior shines colors and stickers are faded but overall looks good for a xxxx. Bus entry with separate screen door and lower clearance window two step electric entry access handle. Large porch awning by A&E Systems porch light small awning over side window tinted windows plenty of exterior storage and roof access ladder in rear Reese-style hitch receiver rear view camera rear mud flap/skirt satellite dish and large two piece windshield. This diesel pusher has an easy front generator access. Please see pictures of exterior.
ENTRY: The Entry is a four step entry two of the steps are an electric step making it easy to get in and out of the motor home with ease. Fire extinguisher to the right of the door and to the left switches and hand rail. Above the entry small upper cabinet.
COCKPIT: The cockpit features two nice blue upholstered adjustable seats that are comfortable to sit in and look like they are in good condition. A privacy curtain is present on each side that can be undone to cover front windshield in pictures it is pulled back behind both the passenger and driver side. The passenger side has a lower clearance window along with vent at foot area. Next to passenger seat is large window with screen and an above pull down sun shade. Above this window it has two wood upper storage cabinets. In front of passenger side dash air vents storage compartment with mirror above dash sun visor and above dash storage cabinet. The driver side features tilt wheel steering wheel column with cruise control an in-dash Clarion am/fm/cd stereo push button Allison transmission and dash heat/air. Also in Vinyl Dash above steering wheel area an access compartment. Dash Gauges: Odometer Speedometer tachometer engine temp. oil volt front air rear air fuel generator hours. Dash Switches/Controls: search light dimmer wipers headlights aux. left fan right fan power mirrors generator fog lights cargo lights 12V outlets ext. Next to Driver side on floor is HWH Hydraulic leveling jack controls. The driver side has its own entry with power window with pull down sun shade and above passenger door two wood storage cabinets. Between the Passenger and driver is a Panasonic TV with storage cabinet underneath. Below TV is an area with cup holders on each side and space between to hold items. Above the dash two upper mounted dash fans upper mounted rear camera monitor two map reader lights two Pioneer speakers and three storage cabinets. Please see pictures.
SLIDE-OUT: This coach is equipped with one slide out which expands the living and dining area. Slide out is beautifully trimmed out. Please see pictures the slide out makes both areas have lots of extra living space.
LIVING AREA: The living area has lots of space! The living area includes swivel blue upholstered reclining chair in great condition. Next to chair a built in fold in and out wood table with built in cup holders. Behind chair is window with decorative valance with pull down cloth blinds. A dome light directly above with map light phone jack outlet carbon monoxide detector and wood storage cabinet. Living area also features nice patterned upholstered sofa with two decorative toss pillows. Sofa also pulls out into bed that could sleep two. Next to sofa a small window with decorative valance with pull down cloth blinds and behind sofa a large window with decorative valance and pull down cloth blinds. Above the sofa dome light two smaller lights on each side. Also on wall is a decorative light fixture mounted between the sofa and dining area. In pictures you will see also some manuals that come with motor home on display on the sofa. Above on ceiling Air Conditioning Unit dome light and smoke detector. Please see pictures carpet also looks like it is in great condition has plastic runners in place in pictures.
DINING AREA: The Dining area features a wood table that is easy to put up or down and includes two cushioned chairs with wheels on the bottom of them. Behind table is a large window with decorative valance and pull down cloth blinds. Mounted above table towards window is a Black & Decker Coffee Maker. Also above the table is an outlet switch and decorative light fixture. To the side of table is a small window with decorative valance and pull down cloth blinds. On back wall of dining area is mirror clock and additional storage cabinet with three drawer underneath.
KITCHEN AREA: The Kitchen features wood cabinets that are in great condition: Below three pull out drawers below one double door cabinet above one double door cabinet and above one small cabinet. Nice Corian like counter tops with pull up counter top extension and matching covers for sink and stove. Sink is a double sink with nice faucet. Window behind sink with blinds. A Suburban Thermostat on cabinet above sink. Also directly above sink dome light and outlet. Below sink area is pull out cutting board. To the right of sink is a Magic Chef 3-Burner Stove Top with Oven. Behind stove top is a mirrored back drop and above two little lights. Above the Stove Top is a Magic Chef microwave oven. Located above the microwave is a light fixture on wall to right of stove. To right of stove is a Dometic Refrigerator/Freezer double door and wood paneled please see pictures Above the kitchen and dining area on ceiling has vent and two lights.
CENTER BATHROOM AREA: A privacy wood sliding in and out door is at entry of bathroom area. Bathroom has double door mirrored closet with five drawers underneath double door storage cabinet with another double door cabinet beneath it that is pre plumbed for a washer/dryer (no washer & dryer included). Between mirrored closet and stacked double door cabinets a Suburban Thermostat is mounted. Mirrored medicine cabinet above sink and over toilet an additional set of mirrored cabinets. Light above the medicine cabinet. Marble like counter space with shell shaped sink. Below sink wood cabinet. Bathroom includes three towel racks Toilet and shower with skylight. Switches next to double door cabinet located above the extra counter space. Another privacy wood sliding in and out door located to entry of bedroom area. Bathroom ceiling includes Vent Skylight over shower and two dome lights.
BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen sized bed with cushioned head back board. Nightstand with one drawer and one cabinet below it and a mirrored cabinet directly above it. Mirror behind head board. Two nice light fixtures on each side two upper opening cabinets above head board. On the other side of bed a large mirrored cabinet with below it one pull out drawer and one cabinet . In the front corner of room has a Pansonic TV mounted up high with outlet and switches next to TV. Windows on each side both have cloth valance sham with pull down cloth blinds. Ceiling in bedrooms has an Air Conditioning Unit directly above bed.
SUMMARY: This really is a nice Class A Diesel Pusher Motor home it is clean inside and out. It starts runs and drives as it should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit living area bathroom and bedroom in good condition and currently has plastic runners in place. Vinyl flooring in bathroom appears to be in good condition however does show some blemishes. Wood flooring in kitchen area appears to be in good condition. Counter tops throughout all look good. Walls throughout are all clean as with any used RV some walls may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large two-piece windshield is good with minor nicks. All other windows are good. TIRES: Front/Left Rear/Left Front/Right Rear Right - are all xxxx Michelin no cracks good tread. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning water pump lp leak detectors range microwave refrigerator ice maker furnace water heater dash air radio televisions rear view camera hydraulic leveling jacks lights & markers and generator /610 hours.
